Jeffrey Fabian, principal of Fabian, LLC, is a Maryland attorney who has experience in a wide array of industries in the fields of trademark law, copyright law, Internet law, and contracts and documentation. His experience includes trademark clearance research, filing and prosecuting trademark registration applications, trademark monitoring, copyright acquisition and registration, intellectual property licensing, domain name transfers, preparation of Privacy Policies and Terms of Use, drafting other internal and Internet-related documentation, and numerous other matters relating to intellectual property protection, intellectual property enforcement, Internet law, and risk management.

Education and Affiliations:

Jeff Fabian is a graduate with honors of Virginia Tech and the University of Maryland School of Law. Prior to starting Fabian, LLC, Jeff worked for a law firm in Baltimore, Maryland practicing in franchise law and other small business transactions.

Jeff Fabian is a member of the Publication Committee of the MSBA Intellectual Property Law Section, the American Bar Association’s Intellectual Property and Young Lawyer Sections, and the ABA’s Entertainment & Sports Law and Franchising Forums.
